Leads strategic direction, institutional development, partnerships, programme vision and overall execution of the incubation ecosystem.

Incubation Manager

Coordinates founders, programmes, mentors, departments, evidence trails and overall incubation-centre operations.

Program Manager

Owns programme calendars, events, accelerators, workshops, registrations, attendance and programme closure.

Technical Manager

Maintains technical infrastructure, equipment readiness, SOPs, troubleshooting, bookings and technical facility support.

Document & Compliance Manager

Maintains startup files, compliance records, mentor documents, evidence, indexing, backups and programme trails.

Help & Reception Manager

Receives queries, records contacts, categorises needs and connects visitors or founders to the right team.

Centre Support / Hygiene Team

Maintains cleanliness, water availability, common spaces and visitor-ready centre operations.
